Experience very poor and unprofessional. Horrible Experience this time. Maintenance manger very rude unprofessional disrespectful and very sarcastic. I believe his name was Raul. And maria was very rude and sarcastic. Wasn't even talking to her and she was raising her voice at me and being very disrespectful. Not professional at all. And Javier wad being very rude and disrespectful also. I gave him a 4 coupons and he would t take not one. For whatever reason. They were valid and good. Everyone there was just being rude and disrespectful. I will never buy another car and truck from there again. Or have my vehicles services there. Something needs to be fixed. Asap. More

Incredibly frustrating experience with trying to get my car fixed. Set first appointment and arrived and was told they’re too backed up with other vehicles and to wait 2 weeks and they’d call me back. Went car fixed. Set first appointment and arrived and was told they’re too backed up with other vehicles and to wait 2 weeks and they’d call me back. Went a month and nothing. I reached out and had to schedule another appointment. Then arrived only to be told the same thing that they were too backed up with other vehicles and told it’d be another 2 weeks. Never heard back from the dealership until I had to once again call. Was told it could be awhile. Called Long Beach Buick and got in next day. My car is already being repaired 24 hours later. Thank god my turbo in my engine didn’t completely fail during that 2 months of waiting. More

The service prices for labor is too costly. I'm a female, and Every time I bring my car in it's costly. They used to mail out coupons which was very helpful. Now I get nothing. I just had a bat I'm a female, and Every time I bring my car in it's costly. They used to mail out coupons which was very helpful. Now I get nothing. I just had a battery problem. I paid almost $400 for that service... $209+ tax for the battery and $159 +tax for labor. The sad part is only the dealership can install the battery for my vehicle. More
