I would say for the most part I have been dealing w/ this service for awhile now; however, there seems to have problem w/ retaining good service reps. Yesterday, I went for a regular oil/ filter change and service for awhile now; however, there seems to have problem w/ retaining good service reps. Yesterday, I went for a regular oil/ filter change and checkup. My Rep was no longer employed so I went ahead and had any service rep available- Javier. He was very cordial and told him that I will for the car. When I finally received the car I noticed that my rubber bumpers were loose and flapping. When I brought the car in it didn’t have that problem so I notified Javier and he took his iPad to look at the pictures he took prior to have a mechanic worked. He stated by the looks of the image he showed that it was that way. I said where in the pics you took showed I am not seeing that at all. I demanded to see a Manager. The Manager examined the pictures and agreed with me that it was not showing at all. He had the rubber bumper fixed immediately. Not at all impressed w/ Javier’s comments when it was clearly a lie. If it wasn’t the Manager resolving the issue I would never go back to this service center. Definitely not having Javier as my next service rep. More

They listened to my concerns and answered some of my questions. I had an appt for an oil change. I was on time and it was an early morning appt and it still took 3 hours. That sucked. ABS system light stayed on on our 2011 SRX, so called Reggie Shelton and even tho the service dept was very busy that day, he told us to bring the car down and he squeezed us in. Reggie was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while handling my service. The car was washed and I appreciated that extra touch. My complaint was about the amount of time it took to complete the while handling my service. The car was washed and I appreciated that extra touch. I was disappointed that you no longer provide coffee or even bottled water. More
