I used to love service department, not anymore. This new management is the worse. No shuttle, no loaners, when you purchase a $100k truck and it has 3 recalls and you tell the customer to get an U This new management is the worse. No shuttle, no loaners, when you purchase a $100k truck and it has 3 recalls and you tell the customer to get an Uber, is not the way to treat a customer. I need a new service center. Efrain has always been an amazing service advisor, but he can’t control his managers poor decisions. We just purchased another GMC truck, but we will definitely be looking for a new service center. Really long wait, as I stayed while the SUV was serviced. This was for a recall and (I believe) a non GMC part was installed, but it's on you, if not!! Ephraim was awesome. The part I needed was in a warehouse that had burned down in the Palisades Fire in Jan/2025. Purchasing the $800 part was on hold.
