Poor service department couldn't figure out simple problem with new car that was purchased at their dealership. After several failed attempts they got upset and told me to go somewhere else. I did and the problem was fixed by another dealer in 15 minutes. Service here is terrible and their customer service manager needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. More
The service department of this dealership is always very professional. They are courteous when scheduling the appointments and honest about how much services will cost and how long it will take. While waiting for repairs it's like sitting in your living room. Their's free coffee, newspapers and television available. Most of the time I talk to other customers who always seem pleased with their service or the salesman I leased the car from. I asked for oil change and alignment. They assured me th car would be driven nd checked to see if I needed the front wheel only or the all wheel therefore not having to spend more than I needed too.
