Car service was fine but I was really annoyed with the customer service and communication. I was quoted 2hrs wait so decided to take the company shuttle to the mall nearby to kill time. Driver said to call for pick up once I am ready to return. Called dealership and was told that there is no pick up provided. Why wasnāt I made aware of that from the beginning so that I could plan for alternate transportation? End up having to take an Uber back and thatās when I was told that the dealership doesnāt provide pick up but that there was a city shuttle who can drop me off. Really! Also was almost late to work because it took almost 3 hrs instead of 2. All you have to do is communicate with your customer if itās going to take additional time to complete the work, very simple!
