Took my truck in for routine service. I left me wheel lock on the center console in the packaging. I never got a call it was done so 7 hours later I sent a text message inquiring which I I left me wheel lock on the center console in the packaging. I never got a call it was done so 7 hours later I sent a text message inquiring which I received a response saying it was done. They pulled my truck up and I immediately noticed the front left bumper had red marks (I have a white truck). The service guy said he was sorry they must have hit the red trash can and he would take it to buff it out. He returned and thankfully it came off. It was very apparent whoever was driving knew they hit the trash can due to the amount of the red marks. Then the packaging on my wheel lock was not in the truck. I had to wait for the service guy to come back out who was able to get it from the service bay. I expect more from a GMC dealership service center. More

So I bought a 2024 2500 Denali ultimate, 95,000 dollar truck, found out it has paint defects according to Gm Matt Stein, brought a detailer from chevy dealer over and told him to fix it,reluctantly the g truck, found out it has paint defects according to Gm Matt Stein, brought a detailer from chevy dealer over and told him to fix it,reluctantly the guy agreed and they had my truck for almost a week.When I got it back and took it to the car wash the wax came off and wow was I surprised how bad they messed up my truck,not only did they make it worse but it looks horrible, my truck is black and now has swirl marks,white compound in all the cracks,and what they call spider web marks all over.I gave them the chance to make it right and they ruined it, now they want me to send it back a second time to the same guy,absolutely no way I would let him touch my truck again! The repairs now are going to cost 4,500,I asked the manager Matt to cover the cost and he refused,keep in mind I had to deal with the sales guy because apparently Gm Matt doesn't have time to resolve this,and not once has reached out to make it right,just continues to let the sales guy Anthony do all his dirty work, what a coward! Then I'm told the owner of the dealership would be calling me to make it right, we'll apparently he's to busy spending my money because it's been a week and still no phone call.when I threatened a lawsuit, Gm Matt Stein pointed up at the penske sign and told do you see what that says? Penske is a big name and we're not afraid of your lawsuit.Extremly unprofessional for a Gm,the only positive thing that came out of buying a truck from them was the sales guy Anthony, he went above and beyond to try and resolve this! I recently bought a 2024 Denali xt4 for my wife,at Caposio Gmc and let me tell you the service was night and day! To bad penske didn't get that sale,how about penske send there Gm Matt Stein over to Caposio Gmc to get re trained,or just fire his xxx! Bottom line I wouldn't recommend penske gmc to worst enemy! My experience with Penske Buick is up and down. I’ve had good and bad visits. This last visit was very good and Bernie was fabulous in his assistance.
