As you drive up, all the service reps have their doors close which is not a friendly environment, it’s like no one acknowledges that u are there. Not the first time there, If your service rep is off or calls off sick like, it’s like a ghost town no one there to give u an update or no one is willing to help, it’s like a bother if u ask for help or update on your vehicle, the rep who answers the phone she will forward your call, then it hands up very frustrating especially when you called 10 times trying to get an update and the phone hangs up, you leave a voicemail and other service adviser ignore the call, this is the third time there and maybe my last, I rather drive to Torrance than deal with folks who don’t care, even if you ask for a manager or the owner of the dealership, per Donald the rep they don’t care More

Service was poor due to the service at the front desk. After 5 hours of service, I called in for a status and kept getting a voicemail box. She just kept forwarding me to the same voicemail, then later said someone would call me back. Later learned it was a system error from the service department not receiving any messages. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it was very disappointing, given this was the dealership I did business with. Adrianna could’ve done more with less attitude. Otherwise, this idea of customer service is just terrible. More
