Sometimes you leave messages and never receive a reply. I had my SUV serviced and everything went fine until I picked it up. I recently within the last 2 months purchased brand new tires and when I picked up my SUV I had some huge scratch marks on the wall of picked it up. I spoke with the service advisor and their answer was pretty much "I'm not sure what to tell you or who to blame because the porters drive it, the tech drive it, many people drive it". I wasn't a big fan of the appointment scheduling where it was robotic or AI whatever. But I like my service advisor Albert he's been with me since I bought the car and I appreciate him his friendliness and h was robotic or AI whatever.
