Rude and poor customer service from the check in and check out employee. Very disappointing experience. He had already closed his station and was upset at us for coming in at 1715. I was never notified by Daniel Lee that my truck was ready. Tried to leave him a message a number of times to no avail. Finally got in touch with someone else who told me the truck was done. At this time I had to rush to the dealer to get my truck for sales because I wasn't going to be there by 4pm. I got home, I had a text (3:55pm) that my truck was ready. Sometime Monday afternoon, Daniel Lee left me a voice mail telling me that he had no news regarding the status of my truck. I did leave Mr. Lee a couple of messages to let me know xxx is going on. Was I not supposed to pick up the truck that Saturday afternoon. Have not heard from anybody. More
I decided to wait for my car after being told the service would take 1- hour. It was only oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. I was there for 3-hours.. I booked my appointment online but was told I didn’t have one. I was also told there they were having issues with their online bookings. I was lucky they were able to work me in. You guys should do better. You should also offer shuttles to the mall, or car loaners for your customers. I’m considering going to another dealer for my future services and purchases. More
