I had my SUV serviced and everything went fine until I picked it up. I recently within the last 2 months purchased brand new tires and when I picked up my SUV I had some huge scratch marks on the wall of picked it up. I wasn't a big fan of the appointment scheduling where it was robotic or AI whatever. But I like my service advisor Albert he's been with me since I bought the car and I appreciate him his friendliness and h was robotic or AI whatever.
