I expected a simple, responsible handling of the recall—but instead, I came home to find my car had been crashed while in their possession. Let me be clear: I was not driving. The damage happened entirely while the dealership had control of my vehicle, and I’ve received no real accountability or acceptable resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency has made the situation even worse. I trusted them with my vehicle, and that trust was completely broken. I would advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice. More
