James Madden I want to say I had an exceptional experience buying my new H-RV with James Madden at Pensacola Honda. I was pretty much coming in to test drive the H I want to say I had an exceptional experience buying my new H-RV with James Madden at Pensacola Honda. I was pretty much coming in to test drive the HRV, but was comparing the other models as well. I had a million ‘quirky’ questions, as well as mechanical questions. James very graciously answered all of my questions, in a patient and courteous manner. He was friendly and welcoming from the start. I first came for an appraisal on my 2013 Insight and then to test drive and purchase the 2018 HRV. I had researched the basics for features, safety and consumer ratings, so I was basically ready to roll if the car was suitable after the test drive. Medically, I am limited to how long I can sit or stand, and he made the paperwork run as smooth as possible. I would recommend Pensacola Honda, and mostly James Madden. I then discovered He’ been in the service Dept. before becoming an advisor... which ( to me) explained his experienced knowledge.
