Top notch service of my toyota corolla I own a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Feeling frustrated with a noise after tires were installed by a local shop, and which they could not figure out I brough I own a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Feeling frustrated with a noise after tires were installed by a local shop, and which they could not figure out I brought my car to Penn Toyota. Rohan was the service coordinator that I initially met with. He was professional and very respectful regarding my concerns. After a couple of hours Rohan told me that they would need to keep the car to really figure out the problem and offered me a car so that I would not be inconvenienced that next day in getting to work. I was shocked at this kindness. I knew that this was a policy with luxury cars, but did not think I would be treated with the same courtesy with my 2008 Toyota, Additionally, the mechanic Daut drove with me for a few miles to make sure he could hear the noise. Daut was very patient and I felt that he and Toyota would resolve my issue. I also spoke with the manager, Shereza who reassured me that they would do every thing possible to resolve my issue. The next day my car was ready, the issue resolved and the charges for the repair were very fair. I no longer fear getting "ripped off" for repairs both as a consumer and as a woman. More
Awful Customer Service!!! My wife had a service appointment (oil change) on Saturday morning (9/2/17) for a minivan. They said she would be the first appointment and would be out of there with in the hour. She got to the appointment on time and waited for 2 hours until she talked to service and learned they still didn't start working on her car. She asked for a loaner so she can leave but they didn't have any available. They also told her there was a recall and would need to keep the car for a few days. She decided to take the minivan home without having the oil change done and made an appointment to have the recall and servicing done on Wednesday (9/6/17). A man by the name of CHRIS told her she would have a loaner waiting for her so when she comes back on Wednesday. Guess what? She went back and took all the baby seats out of the minivan so she could put them in the loaner. They told her they were out of loaners, AGAIN. To top it all off, she learned the guy named CHRIS who promised she would be taken care of with a loaner was CHRIS PENN, the owner of Penn Toyota. She asked to speak to Chris since he is the one that told her she would have a loaner and they told her "Chris is in a meeting". WELL DONE CHRIS. YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! More

The waiting area is clean, comfortable, well-lit, spaceous, and they even provide free coffee and a large-screen television. They provide an explanation for what is needed, why it is needed, and recommendations for future care. They may be more expensive than some local service station, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." If you have a quality vehicle and you want it to run properly and last a long time, do all your servicing at Penn Toyota.. More
Don't care about customers at all! Terrible customer service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance for them to order a part. I dropped the car off at around 9 in the morning and picked it up around 4 for two recall repairs plus a general check up. Andy was even more energetic and amiable when I went to pick up the car. Cool guy. Only issue was that the service guys left my hood open, which is understandable because the primary latch is really fickle/corroded from age and usually a pain in the butt to close. But it would have been nice if they had let me know, considering I hopped on the highway right after. More
Upgrade 2016 I came in to Penn Toyota to have my previous car service and while waiting I spoke to Mike Fox about upgrading. Mr. Fox was amazing from the beginnin I came in to Penn Toyota to have my previous car service and while waiting I spoke to Mike Fox about upgrading. Mr. Fox was amazing from the beginning to the end of the process that was extremely fast. He was able to find me a much better car with all the bells and whistles and extremely LOW mileage and was to my satisfaction. Mr. Fox proceeded to introduce me to Nick (finance) who work diligently with myself and the banks to get me the best possible numbers that I could ever ask for. Last but certainly not least Andy (Service Advisor) ensure me that I was making a better choice by upgrading by informing me of the pros and cons between the vehicles. Mr. Fox made himself available even staying late to accommodate me. He kept the lines of communication open at all times and going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Penn Toyota Mike Fox, Nick (finance) and Andy (Service Advisor). You guys are great!!!!! Thank you for everything More
