Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and uncourteous dealership. Absolute disaster of a service department. If you want to have your time wasted, money extorted, and given the run around and uncourteous dealership. Absolute disaster of a service department. If you want to have your time wasted, money extorted, and given the run around for weeks - this is the place for you. Penn Toyota Service kept my car for TWO WEEKS with no loaner, and not a single phone call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and they tried every which way possible to turn me away, and avoid doing the work. They went so far as making me a $900 bill just to replace two interior bulbs on the car which I ended up replacing on my own for $8 and being FORCED to drive the car 30 miles after replacing the bulbs before bringing it back which makes absolutely no sense but was a clever tactic to again turn me away. I had to take time out of my day to go in to the service department and find out what was happening with my car. My car had brake fluid leaking into the brake actuator, and ABS/Brake/Traction control lights on due to a manufacturer recall. The service technician repeatedly laughed at me and called me a "smart guy" for bringing my car in for warranty work and told me to take it home. The cherry on top of this horrendous experience is that Penn Toyota did not call me, message me, or contact me whatsoever. But at 6pm on a Thursday while I was at work I received a phone call from my service advisor stating I had 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle or I would be charged for the warranty work. Can you imagine being forced to drop everything on a 30 minute notice to come pick up your car from service? Absolute disaster of a dealership service department. Stay as far away as possible. The service manager is no better than his inexperienced advisors. I hope no other unsuspecting customers fall victim to this atrocious service department. More
Buy the 4 mud guards for Camry SE 2018 for $ 85.00 + tax at Penn Toyota, the price seemed fair considering that it is an original part directly from the dealer (Amazon $ 33.00 + tax, Free shipping), it is g at Penn Toyota, the price seemed fair considering that it is an original part directly from the dealer (Amazon $ 33.00 + tax, Free shipping), it is good to reactivate the dealer's economy. But surprise when they bring me the installation bill $ 308.48 !!!! This is too excessive to install this accessory !!! They are charging 2 hours of labor for a job of 30-45 minutes !!! Was it so difficult to install 4 mud guards ??? The hour of labor is being charged as if the work had been mechanical or electrical. They are charging for the time the car is on the shift line, not for the actual working time. I recommend never buying or installing an accessory at the dealer. It was a real abuse !!! If you don't pay, they won't give you the car. More

No welcoming no what can they do such nice words, nothing. As I was notified they said I need alignment adjustment as they never took out test drive, later I took out when ready tested myself driving without hands as well as hit the break without hands, if needed it vehicle should leaning sides if alignment needs it. That’s not all, after waiting for 30 minutes I went to service advisor if my highlander would be ready, advisor telling me it will take al least one hour and never seen it takes less than hour, what? So I just looked at him and said nothing, as I was walking back to rest area I noticed my suv was parked outside, I asked can I go pay and leave, her response was somebody is write the bill, waited 10 minutes and confronted manager whom was busy but there was salesman so I asked him if I can, he brought me to cashier as saying to you quote ‘ so you want to pay and go, right?, not once he repeated twice. So after waited almost one hour, I left with sour tasted. This dealer make name Toyota ugly and awful. Such great vehicles Toyota is I would never go back, oh by the way they never thank me as I was leaving, most dealers are very appreciated as they get customers back, yes I bought the vehicles from this location, being with over 10 years of this industry I never expected this kind of customer services, if any managers or owner reads this remark, you need to train your staff more courteous and thankful to your customers, they never apologize and totally ignores you, only when you purchase you guys kiss our xxx. Horrible customer service!! I've taken my car for service at this dealership several times. Each time I have had a terrible experience, with the promise of "this time it will be I've taken my car for service at this dealership several times. Each time I have had a terrible experience, with the promise of "this time it will be better". The last straw was I brought my car in for regular maintenance, but needed my tire looked at. I was told the good news was I didn't need a new tire, that it could be patched. I needed other work that they recommended, which I did. I was there over 2.5 hours and when my car was ready I had to wait an additional 30 minutes until the service rep could check me out!! I left and a few days later my tire pressure light came on. It was Tuesday before July 4th holiday and stopped at a Firestone to get air. The gentleman who helped me told me the tire was leaking. I had to bring my car back to this dealership on Thursday, to get a new tire. It was there from about 10 am till 4ish, not what I was told when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up I asked if I would be getting a credit ($26) for the patch I had to pay for, but didn't work. The service rep that was helping me told me that the Service Manager said NO! They did not feel it was right to give me a $26 credit!! I think that is disgusting! They want their $26 rather than make a customer happy!! That small gesture would have meant a lot. I have other horror stories about their service department! My recommendation would be to go some place else! I wrote a letter to the general manager about my experiences and he did not care enough to respond either!! They do not care about their customer's experiences!! My recommendation would be to go some where else!! More

Poor Service Today I went to change my oil and inspected my car to Penn Toyota. My car passed the NY State Inspection without a problem and the oil was changed. Today I went to change my oil and inspected my car to Penn Toyota. My car passed the NY State Inspection without a problem and the oil was changed. As I was leaving all my lights turned on and went back to the service department to complaint. When I brought my car in there were no lights on and that's why the car passed the inspection. When I went back they were quick to tell me that the right rear speed sensor was broken and gave me a quote right away. I don't understand how the sensor broke when the only thing I took my car in for was an oil change and an inspection. I was going to take my wife's car tomorrow for an oil change, but after this incident I would never use there services again! Between my wife and I we have purchased 5 cars in 10 years and refer many of our family and friends. I would never buy another car from Penn Toyota in my life, nor would I ever refer anyone else!!!! Great service even for the long haul. My 2010 prius was making an unbelievably loud metallic noise. Turned out it was the shield on the catalytic converter. As this is an integral part of My 2010 prius was making an unbelievably loud metallic noise. Turned out it was the shield on the catalytic converter. As this is an integral part of the converter and cannot be replaced without replacing the converter, it is being covered (rightly so I might add) under the emissions warranty. Rohan, in service, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I am awaiting the part and will report back when repair is complete. Kudos to both Penn and Toyota for sticking by their product. This is my second prius and won't be my last. More
