My wife and I purchased a 2010 Prius earlier this year from Penn Toyota. Jay was great to work with - Very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Because of this experience, we returned this past week to lease a Highlander. Ray and Ramon helped us this time. They were both outstanding too! We visited the dealer MANY times but they never acted annoyed or impatient with us-actually they remained pleasant, informative and helpful every time we came by. My wife and I have noticed a dramatic change in this dealership. We've been Toyota customers for 30 years - not always at this dealership (and in the past few years we did not own a Toyota). These 3 fellows greatly improved our experience at this dealer with their professionalism and courtesy (without the arm twisting that we heretofore experienced). On top of that, they know their product. I own my own business and would like to think that my employees treat our customers and represent our company as well as these 3 gentlemen. More

Ramon, my sales representative, was helpful and respectful, and everything was explained to me clearly and, in no time, the new car was ordered and I am now the proud owner of a really "green" car. I picked up the car this afternoon and everything was as promised with paperwork clearly delineated and just my signature to conclude the transfer. I was introduced to the service manager and even given an appointment for my first check-up. In short, an efficient and expedient dealership. More
