When I first arrived at Pen Toyota I asked for Michael as I had spoken with him on the phone a few days before. As he was with another customer, Tim Mooney was asked to work with me. I was a little leary as I had spoken with Michael about the lease of a new car. It was not long after speaking with Tim that I felt much better. Tim was very friendly and aimed to please. We went two times out onto the lot to look at the Corollas'. Tim and I discussed the colors as it was important to me. We also sat in one of the cars and Tim demonstrated all of the features until I understood them. So thank you Tim, you did a great job. More

We visited the dealer MANY times but they never acted annoyed or impatient with us-actually they remained pleasant, informative and helpful every time we came by. My wife and I have noticed a dramatic change in this dealership. We've been Toyota customers for 30 years - not always at this dealership (and in the past few years we did not own a Toyota). These 3 fellows greatly improved our experience at this dealer with their professionalism and courtesy (without the arm twisting that we heretofore experienced). On top of that, they know their product. I own my own business and would like to think that my employees treat our customers and represent our company as well as these 3 gentlemen. More
