Average 2 hour wait time for oil change. Service department was not busy. Simply put its not worth your time even if its free. They simply do an oil change, the multi-point inspection a joke. We first met Dave in September 2009, we where interested in leasing a car. He was very knowledgeable and was not your typical car sales men. I felt no obligation to make a decision that day. I had the most positive car shopping experience with Rob at Penn Toyota in Greenvale. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and friendly. And after shopping at approximately 12 or more other car dealerships I would say that he was the only sales person that I had been too that was able to answer everyone of my questions in regard to the cars I was shopping. He really knows his product. I was shopping the rav4 and The Venza and decided to consider purchasing the Venza. A really great car! It handles great and has all the features i need/want as compared to my test drive of teh CR-V.
