I got the typical upsell communication and they recommended spark plug replacement and full tire alignment among a shotgun blast of other recommendations. Knowing i did not need an alignment I only needed the requested tire rotation I didnt worry about it. I get my truck back and halfway home notice the same tire noise caused by the lack of rotate and looked on the receipt and notice they decided not to rotate. I didnt ask them to decide, just rotate. I had to take the truck to my local tire store and have them rotated. My truck has the Cummins so not sure where they were gonna find spark plugs...
