Peltier Nissan - Service Center

The staff were trying to do their best, but their communication with each other seemed poor and with me it was polite and respectful but not as frequent as in the past. They got a lot of work done in a day, but the service contact person was replaced sometime during the day and no one communicated any progress to me for the last several hours of my waiting time in the lobby. They also left greasy handprints on the side of my vehicle, and none of the past additions like a carwash or vacuuming were even mentioned, even though I spent more than $1,000 with them. More
