Took my truck with 28K miles in for an oil change & tire rotation on 24 Mar. The next day I noticed oil/grease leaking on my garage floor. When I dropped off my truck, I informed them that I was a family of four with two teenage kids that play sports and a wife that works and only had one vehicle. I inquired about a loaner vehicle since it was my belief the mechanic caused the damage. Jessica finally reached out to me two days later and told me a rental car would be a “customer pay” situation and at that time, they haven’t even looked at my truck yet. I called two more times to inquire about the status of the repairs for my truck receive nothing in return…no follow up at all! I finally called Steven, the service manager, and told him my situation and I asked him if he thought it could be a mechanic error since there was no leak until after Peltier serviced my truck. He said it was an unfortunate coincidence no mechanical errors were likely. The last time I brought my truck in for an oil change & tire rotation approximately 4000 miles later my tire and wheel fell off my truck doing 65 miles an hour down the highway. He said it was another unlikely coincidence. Once again, they had my truck for over two months with horrible customer service and dismal follow up. This time Steven did tell me I would only be responsible for the cost of the parts which were approximately $300 but no loaner vehicle was ever offered. They have had my truck for 14 days now and I finally got a call yesterday after I called and asked for a status update 2 days prior. Unfortunately, the phone call was to tell me they ordered the wrong parts for my truck and additional delays were needed. Peltier Nissan has provided me the worst customer service and absolutely dismal follow-up I have EVER experienced…bar none More

Depends on what for. I brought my New Frontier in for its 1st 5k "free" oil/filter change. Had a 2pm appointment and an hour later I found my truck parked in the Service I brought my New Frontier in for its 1st 5k "free" oil/filter change. Had a 2pm appointment and an hour later I found my truck parked in the Service area.... apparently ready to go..... when I asked. Nice that it was washed but not really that important to me. Don't understand why it took an hour to change oil/filter....must have been busy oil change day. Checked the paperwork I received and found that 6 quarts of oil was used. Got home and checked the level. Sure enough, the level was over the high mark. Nissan states that capacity is 5.4 quarts. Factory must be incorrect as there is no reason why 3/4 of a quart additional would have been used. Probably/might not hurt anything. Don't understand why Nissan calls for a "odd" (to me) amount of oil. They should have stated 6 quarts like the tech filled. Not certain of the Advisors name. I'll be coming back. More
Peltier is dishonest. The salesman lied. We recently brought the car in for service and asked for an appraisal value.We were offered 6000.00 for it. Less than half what we paid for it. and were told that all of the recommended repairs would have to be done before we could even get the xxxxty offer of 6000.00. So, we are done with peltier and will be telling all our friends how dishonest you are, Not that Peltier really cares what we think, After all, you already got our money right ? More

Took my 2019 Rocky Ridge Titan with only 28,000 miles in for an oil change and tire rotation two different times with problems arising immediately after both services. The first time I had my tires rotated for an oil change and tire rotation two different times with problems arising immediately after both services. The first time I had my tires rotated and oil changed one week later my entire tire and wheel came off the back of my truck doing 65 mph down the highway (2 lug nuts snapped off). They had my truck over two months to get it fixed. I’m 54 y/o and been driving for well over 38 years and never had a tire & wheel come off my vehicle. Peltier Nissan is the only service center that’s ever touched/serviced my truck (as service records will prove). Not once did they consider negligence on their end or offer to investigate the root cause. Throughout the process, the customer service and follow up was non-existent. The second time I took my truck in for a tire rotation (last week), and oil change the next day. I noticed oil and grease on my garage floor where a weld on the front steering mechanism snapped off my truck (likely due to the lift used to service my truck). They have now had my truck for six days with no follow up and no expected date for the repairs to be completed. I informed them I was a family with only one available vehicle and needed expedient service and follow up to arrange or coordinate another vehicle to get my kids around due to my wife using her car for work commuting. The maintenance, customer service and follow up with the Tyler Peltier Nissan service department has been nothing short of horrible. I have purchased two Rocky Ridge Titan trucks and a Nissan Pathfinder platinum from Peltier Nissan and referred my parents to them to purchase another Nissan Sentra (over $175,000) and assure you it will be my last purchase and my experience WILL BE shared with everyone in my LARGE circle of acquaintances. I could not in my right mind. Recommend the Nissan product and specifically the Tyler Peltier Nissan service department to a friend or an enemy. My wife and I are bothe retired Air Force and both worked in the medical field where customer service and a job done right are both critical and paramount (Excellence is a Core Value). Obviously that is not the case with this organization…your money is all they care about!!! If I don’t hear back from the Service Manager today (called and left him a message at 0900 this morning) This exact message will be going to the Chief Quality OffIcer of Nissan Corporate.
