Poor communication with me about the delay in oil change and tire rotation due to a computer program change. finally i enquired after 1hour and 20 minutes and they got my paper work finished and was free to and tire rotation due to a computer program change. finally i enquired after 1hour and 20 minutes and they got my paper work finished and was free to go then i got to my car and i had to remove the plastic seat cover and floor cover before i drove out. pathetic!!!!
