I was asked at the beginning if i would like my car washed. I said yes. It came back dirty. I also asked to have the air xxxx under the front resecured. It came back as it was when I dropped it off. Mitchell took care of both of these issues and was very professional. Here's the real problem. I was given a laundry list of things that needed to be taken care of in the future. One of these was to flush the brake system, because the "fluid is starting to get dirty". I, personally, replaced the brakes and flushed the brake fluid in April of this year. There's no way it got dirty that fast. I now question the need for any of the recommended services. Once again, Mitchell was very good at getting things taken care of and I'm sure he had nothing to do with the multipoint inspection, except to explain it to me. More

I was not given the Peltier discount! It was my error for not reading the loan agreement and it was not discussed by the Finance Department. It would be different if I had not discussed this with my salesperson! I texted him after I reviewed the documents and he did not respond. I have not dealt with the Service Department. I've had my car for 2 weeks. In the past the Service Department has always been very polite and helpful. More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Nissan Maxima. Had an appointment for 2:00 PM. Vehicle was not ready until after 3:30 PM. With an appointment,this service should have been done i Nissan Maxima. Had an appointment for 2:00 PM. Vehicle was not ready until after 3:30 PM. With an appointment,this service should have been done in approximately 45 minutes. Also I had specifcally ask that the tire pressure be checked. After driving approximately 5 minutes, I noticed that the tire air pressure was 29 PSI, recommended pressure is 33 PSI. Went back to dealership for proper inflation. By not performing simple act of airing tires to proper inflation, cast a shadow of doubt on the balance of the service. eg: torque of lug nuts, type of oil and oil filter. More
