Need to speak with a service advisor about my inspection. Supposedly a fuel line issue that was never communicated. Phone system is antiquated and aggravating. Zero ability to speaker directly to a servic Supposedly a fuel line issue that was never communicated. Phone system is antiquated and aggravating. Zero ability to speaker directly to a service advisor. Not even an option on the main phone system! Tried to go to operator and transfer to one, but nobody picks up, nobody returns calls. Useless. All other dealers assign an advisor who schedules you and stays with you until completion, and answers calls. The outsourced maintenance scheduling folks know nothing about your car, your maintenance plan, or diagnosis. Also useless. Fix your phone system and maintenance communication process. I promise it’s costing you massive amounts of business. I would never use the service after my prepaid plan runs out in its current state. No ability to communicate. My oil service light is still on. I have no idea if the oil was really changed or not.
