Had appointment for 9:30am. Waited almost an hour before my car was attended to!! Did not depart Peltier until after 11:00am. The switch to turn on/off the heated seat broke and I hear water noise from what seems to be the heater core. The service wanted to charge me diagnostic fee for these two items. I feel there is no need hear water noise from what seems to be the heater core. The service wanted to charge me diagnostic fee for these two items. I feel there is no need for diagnostic needed to replace a switch or to check out water sound coming from the heater core. I took my vehicle back home without fixing anything.... I think I will take my frontier to my own mechanic. More

Took my car in to have a recall part replaced and told my service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. Got the car back and he said the mechanic never heard the noise. I di service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. Got the car back and he said the mechanic never heard the noise. I didn’t even get down the hill to exit and heard the noise again, I text the advisor about the problem as he gave me his number that morning and did not receive a phone call or text back. I’ve taken the car in 3 times for it and it was still not fixed. Between problem not being fixed and a rude salesman I will not be going back to do business there. More
