I went in for an oil change and air filter and was presented with a bill for $332.33. The service advisor did ask if I wanted the fuel treatment but did not quote the price. She did review the bill with me at checkout but it was a little late at that point. There were items that I did not authorize, items that were grossly overpriced, and items I could not even determine what they were. I contacted the service manager, who ignored my question for 7 days. I resent my concerns, which he brushed off, advising me to let him know if it happened again. It will NOT happen again, as I will not be returning to Peltier for service or sales. More

Probably the best dealership I’ve had pleasure of using. When I drove in, I was greeted at the door of my truck. Told him I had a 9 o’clock appointment for a recall on my truck.
