Had appointment for 9:30am. Waited almost an hour before my car was attended to!! Did not depart Peltier until after 11:00am. Took my car in to have a recall part replaced and told my service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. Got the car back and he said the mechanic never heard the noise. I di service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. I didn’t even get down the hill to exit and heard the noise again, I text the advisor about the problem as he gave me his number that morning and did not receive a phone call or text back. I’ve taken the car in 3 times for it and it was still not fixed. Between problem not being fixed and a rude salesman I will not be going back to do business there. More

They were awesome! A man had let me know I had a low tire at the red light. I pulled into the parking, it was flat! I went to service dept. to see if they fixed flats A man had let me know I had a low tire at the red light. I pulled into the parking, it was flat! I went to service dept. to see if they fixed flats. Yes, they did!! I was in town for a dr, app., so time was kinda important. The man at the desk was super polite and helpful, he also kept us updated several times.. Didn't meet the man who did the work, but everything was done in good timing and the tire is doing great. When he told me no charge, what a blessing! The cherry on top, I also came out with a clean car! Couldn't have asked for any better customer service, he was awesome! The waiting area was great too! Thank you so much, Debbie Miller More
