I found a like-new F-150 that I couldn't find a thing wrong with and loved the way it drove. I worked out a price that I was very happy with and had to do very little haggling. Well, actually, no haggling... they knocked off a lot from the ask and I countered and I was good to go. Mark is very relaxing to deal with and very helpful. Probably the most un-assuming sales person I have ever worked with. Zero pressure and zero used-car-salesman BS. When financing and paperwork were all done, Mark walked me through every feature on the truck, one step at a time. This saved me tons of frustration. I brought the truck in for a minor service bulletin item and got excellent service, including drop off at work and pick up when it was ready. More
