He got us the keys to the one we liked and told us about little specs of the car. I really appreciated the input we got and he wasn't trying to get us to go to the upgraded ones or more expensive models, he was there for our needs. Each time there was no pressure to buy just good customer service. When I finally got around to trading in two vehicles on 1 new one it took a little time but they worked it out with minimal time but I got a great deal. The deal signing process was quick and easy. Paying cash helped that but still it was quickly done. Paul took the time to show us everything about the new car and even bluetooth my phone for me. Thank you Paul. Thank you Carol.
