Worst car buying experience of my life. It took 6 hours to sign the paperwork. We were told if we left the dealership to get our kid’s some food we would lose our place in line. I was told by the salesguy Mark that I did not have patience when I asked for a time update after 2 hours and was yelled at by three grown men when I asked for an update (including by the general manager) after 5 hours. I started crying after being yelled at (I am a woman) and was told I had no reason to be upset because they warned me to wild take a while…who would have thought 6 hours? I never raised my voice, swore or made demands. I just wanted to take care of my kids. We were buying a car because our family vehicle started giving us problems in a cross-country trip. We were at their mercy and they took advantage of our situation. We never asked to cut in line to sign paperwork, we just wanted to know an estimated time so we could take care of our kids. However, they accused us of being unreasonable, even after 5 hours of waiting. The people in the dealership bragged about being a family-owned, Christian dealership, but what we experienced was anything but. We reached out to the owner, but no one made an effort to seek us out to apologize. I was truly shocked by how they treated us and embarrassed they label themselves a Christian dealership after their hostility. More
