Just recently bought a used car from them; all were very accomodating and friendly. So, we completely trusted them. We were excited to finally get it done and drive the car and let our guard down. Maybe not accomodating and friendly. So, we completely trusted them. We were excited to finally get it done and drive the car and let our guard down. Maybe not all of them but this person is worst than a criminal who takes advantage of others. Be very careful with their Finance Manager Dustin B. He ripped us off by not telling us an additional cost of 5k+. His spiel, "You are a business owner/ Company President so you are qualified under our GM program which includes 36 months bumper-to-bumper warranty and Gap insurance etc....".He then proceeded with more stories about other customers who availed his falsely advertise warranty. I left a google review but couldnt find it after checking back again in few days. I hope these extra charges are worth it and they will honor them at the time we need it. For future reference to others, these extra charges could be under Other Charges as GS Administrator Vehicle Service Contract, Maintenance Plus Agreement, and Gap Insurance. Hope this helps. More

The experience with Peltier Chevrolet is the best one I have ever had. The saleswoman Tiara Spilman is the greatest I’ve ever had. She kept me in the loop from the build to the arrival of the car to the de have ever had. The saleswoman Tiara Spilman is the greatest I’ve ever had. She kept me in the loop from the build to the arrival of the car to the dealership. The New Car Director Julian Delgado was very informative about the build process of the 2024 Corvette. Tiara introduced me to a few other coworkers like Clint Jones they are all the nicest and helpful people I have ever met. I will definitely refer Peltier Chevrolet and Tiara Spilman to family and friends and anyone that ask where I bought my 2024 Corvette. More
Service department is poor. Do not trust your vehicle with peltier dealerships . They will not honor there word and leave you with a large repair bill. While still under warranty took my vehicle to them several times for a check e They will not honor there word and leave you with a large repair bill. While still under warranty took my vehicle to them several times for a check engine light that kept coming on. They could not figure out what the problem was. Around about the fourth time they finally told me to drive the vehicle and let the recorder record for awhile. Last trip in informed them that my warranty was about to expire and my engine light problem was not fixed. I was informed that they would work with me on the cost because this problem had started long before warranty expired. First trip in after warranty expired they figured out the problem. And refused to work with me on the cost. For removing two bolts on front of engine and a small hose pull and replace part about twenty minutes of work. They charged me $774.76 with $528.88 being for twenty minutes of labor . If you are looking for a dealership with integrity , honesty and stand behind there words. Peltier is not the place to do business with. MEN do not let your ladies go into this place alone. You would think that if a customer bring his $80,000 or even a $5,000 vehicle to a certified dealership. They would be able to fix it or call someone to help troubleshoot it. If they was trying to fix it. Peltier is only trying to get as money out of there customers as possible and that’s sad to see a dealership come this low .
