The service department went out of their way to fix a recall notice which involved the auto module on my 2023 Colorado. The knowledge of the mechanic Curtis who stayed with the update until reaching all recall notice which involved the auto module on my 2023 Colorado. Appt was at 10, I had it there early, called at 12 for them to say “should be done in a little” called again at 1 “jus tire rotation takes 3hrs plus. Well meaning people but more like a neighborhood mechanic and not the standard I’d expect from a dealership. I had to bring my car in twice to investigate a creaking sound that the did eventually fix under w and not the standard I’d expect from a dealership. I had to bring my car in twice to investigate a creaking sound that the did eventually fix under warranty but I also wanted the wipers replaced but even after a week they can’t get any in. Even ordering them from the warehouse is supposedly out of stock. Year all the while Amazon has them in stock and offered next day delivery. There’s often one one or two service managers and they need to track down my car every time a little unsure where it is. Again not horrible but not nearly as organized as I expect for a dealership.
