Staff is always pleasant and courteous at Pellegrino. Setting an oil change appointment is quick and easy, the actual day of service gets you in on time and completed quick enough. Yet I had to knock back one star on the rating this time cuz daggummit...they just can never seem to equalize my tire pressures. 32, 38, 35, and 36 clockwise from the driver's side front. C'mon guys! Tires were within 1 psi of each other upon arrival. Now I know what to get you for Christmas. Lol. More

I have had my oil changes for the last 3 yrs done at Pellegrino on my Corvette and the cost was around $89. This time I had a $20 coupon and the cost was $147.00 after the Coupon!! I dropped my car off at 8 and they never got to it. I had an appointment. Then Joe calls me at 3:30 to tell me I have to bring it back or he can get me a rental. I won’t ever come there for service again. Also Joe needs an attitude check and learn how to deal and communicate with customers. This is not my first issue with him. More
