Service writers are outstanding but there are some technicians that can’t rotate tires and can’t properly torque a lug nut. Due to the incompetence they had to replace the stud on the truck. The “courtesy” inspection is non-existent. This was the third service issue experienced and my last time dealing with Pellegrino. More
