I had a great experience working with Lou Cerota who helped me purchase my new 2025 Buick Envista. He was very professional and efficient from beginning when I walked in through to the end when I left helped me purchase my new 2025 Buick Envista. Service writers are outstanding but there are some technicians that can’t rotate tires and can’t properly torque a lug nut. Due to the incompetence they had to replace the stud on the truck. The “courtesy” inspection is non-existent. This was the third service issue experienced and my last time dealing with Pellegrino. More

I gave Craig my estimate from another dealership and asked him to run numbers for me. He came back with an offer I couldn’t refuse. They didn’t have the trim I I really wanted but still overall happy wi asked him to run numbers for me. He came back with an offer I couldn’t refuse.
