This is one of the cleanest and friendliest dealerships I have visited. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We are return customers of Megan Alayon at Pedersen and love doing business with her. We have shopped around many times, all over the state and even out of the state, and she has beat every price we have love doing business with her. We have shopped around many times, all over the state and even out of the state, and she has beat every price we have ever taken to her. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from her and will be purchasing at least 2 more when our daughters are old enough to drive. Megan goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Sitting in her office and interacting with her, you can see she isn't "salesy" but personable and cares about her customers. In our busy family and business lives, we don't have time to play the games, and she is a straight-shooter and bends over backwards. We would recommend Pedersen and Megan time and time again. More

Took my rav 4 in yesterday as I had a slow leak in tire. Jeff in service department was amazing. Found construction nail in tire and got it patched. Jaun was great as well as I was checking out. 3rd time in Jeff in service department was amazing. Found construction nail in tire and got it patched.
