Since I live in Nev After spending weeks trying to find the model/color/options, I finally found the car I wanted at Pedersen Volvo in Ft Collins, CO. Since I live in Nevada, limited dealerships and model availability locally was troublesome. I conducted the entire acquisition via emails, texts and phone calls with the Emmett Vick, salesman and Jason Jones, finance manager at the dealership. They went beyond my expectations helping me with credit and finance issues with the lender. Having not seen the car, pictures were provided as well. Prior to transporting the car back to Nevada, it was serviced, cleaned and detailed. I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and integrity of everyone I dealt with at the dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Volvo. The experience was fantastic! More

I had gone to other dealerships that seemed to want to pressure me into buying I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed with having to buy a new car. I wanted to feel confident about a purchase and not feel rushed or pressured. I then went to Pedersen Toyota and my experience became a positive one! Brian Whitlatch came walking up to us with a friendly smile and asked what he could do to assist us. I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant on what all to share with Brian due to past experiences with other car salesman, but he helped ease all my worries. After getting to know me and what I was looking for, Brian was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted! He not only found me one option, but 3 different vehicles that fit my wants/needs! He took his time to go over each vehicle with me and help me zone in on one that he truly felt was best for me. He was patient and willing and ready to answer all of my first time buyer questions! I was so thankful that he wasn't pushy about anything, but instead was completely understanding of how overwhelming this whole process could be. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and got what I was looking for. I was able to take my time to think about this huge decision and get back to him without him coming off as aggitated or annoyed by my uncertainty. I surprisingly didn't need too much time to think it over - I contacted him hours later to let him know I wanted to make the deal with him! I think a big part of it was because he truly valued my opinions and understood my concerns versus trying to push a sale onto me; therefore, I trusted him. The next day I got the keys to my new car! Couldn't have been happier with my purchase and experience! The entire staff was so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend anyone to buy/lease a vehicle from Pedersen! And yes! BUT, it is the service department that brings me back to Volvo more than the XC90! Through the ownership of all my other 5 Volvo's, the service department has always been there when I needed them. their gracious care of the customer and their car is commendable. To be honest, I tried to find a better deal in the city, but could not, and was very impressed that with my very short time allowance Peter was able to go the extra effort to make it happen. Once I met Peter in person for the very efficient purchasing process,(again, my time allowance for this part was minimal) I could see is sincere pleasure in having assisted me in my purchase, I was very impressed and do not hesitate to recommend Pedersen Toyota and Peter Frawley.
