I was ignored I was looking forward to working with this dealership on a used car. Since I live about an hour away, I emailed them about a car I was interested in I was looking forward to working with this dealership on a used car. Since I live about an hour away, I emailed them about a car I was interested in - never heard back. Today, I took a drive to look at cars at multiple dealerships along the fron range and decided to stop by. I found the Used Jetta that I was interested in and waited... And waited.... Finally, a salesman (who was already helping another customer) asked if I had been helped yet. When I told him that I hadn't, he told me he would get someone for me, as he got the keys for a test drive with his current customer. He returned shortly and drove off, never saying another word to me. I waited around for about ten minutes, with no offer of help. I am pretty disappointed with their lack of customer service. Definitely cost them a sale today, if they even care. More

We happened to see a Venza in a parking lot and wanted to know more about it as were thinking of buying a new vehicle. We stopped by Pedersen Toyota and Vikkie came out while we were looking and told us about it and also the new Camry Hybrid. I mentioned I had heard so much about the Avalon and so she told us we should take a drive in one. She took us to where there was a Avalon Hybrid and I rode in the back seat on the way over in a gas Avalon and could not believe the room it had! Then she had me drive the Avalon and I was very impressed with the luxury and room in the front seat area! When she showed us the trunk it had twice the space our 2007 Camry had! Yet when got home it fit in the garage the same as the Camry? Vikkie was so good about showing us how all the new things worked on the car and Dan Rumsey told us about accessories which we purchased tinted windows, clear bra and mud guards. He set up an appointment and we got that done right away. Was a real pleasure doing business with them. Vikkie even showed me things with my 2007 that I did not know I had! I am sure we will have to go back for a refresher course which she offered. At no time did we ever feel pressured to buy any of the vehicles that we were looking at. Vikkie was very informative about the various cars that we looked at. More
