I have not had a sales person so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as Katie. She went out of her way to make sure that I had everything in the vehicle I purchased and made sure I got the best deal I possibly could. Mike, in finance, was the same. He went out of his way to make sure I got the absolute best rate I could, as well as, the lowest deductible on the extended warranty I purchased. This was the first vehicle we purchased where we left the dealership feeling good and not ripped off. Brian walked us through the lease process which I was very unfamiliar with. I did all of the negotiating with Brian ahead of time and my wife came and sign papers to finalize everything. There was zero pressure involved in this purchase. I had originally been in to buy a used 4Runner and quickly learned I would be better off buying a new one. We will definitely be back in the future to purchase vehicles at Pederson Toyota. What I experienced at Pedersen Toyota continues to thrill me! Brian Whitlatch was efficient, professional and pleasant. He asked pertinent questions as to what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I would be using it for, he asked about my lifestyle in a very respectful way. I still had no idea of what I wanted. When he showed me my Scion iM, I really was sold! Let me say that that is not a vehicle I would have walked onto the lot and looked for. It is my absolute dream vehicle!! He showed me all of the features, safety and emergency features and had me verbalize an understanding. He never once hurried me along and I felt that he truly wanted me to be happy, sure of my decision and safe. He did exactly that! Thank you, Mr. Whitlatch. Tony in the finance department was professional and efficient as well. I had discussed what I was wanting to pay for a down and monthly payments, and to my pleasure and surprise, he not only arranged these within my budget, but better than I asked for. I have to admit that I "drive em till they drop", but will definitely (and honestly) state that should I purchase another vehicle I see no reason whatsoever to go to another dealership. In all three "purchase experiences" I've dealt with Mr. Jason Jones. Approachable and knowledgeable, he extends the time to guide you, inform you, and does so in a manner that is comfortable and respected with no semblance of pressure. His "supporting cast" of other front office persons are introduced to you; their interaction is equally enjoyable and professional - it seems like they "enjoy their work, enjoy being where they're at, and enjoy that you (customer) are there with them". I've always serviced my vehicles at Pedersen Volvo as well. And the work and support that I've experienced through the Service Department has been exceptional. What I've found is that Jason introduced a great "car buying experience", Pedersen Volvo's Service Department (two specific names to mention are Chris and Jeff) continued that experience. To summarize: I simply have to say Thank You and that I have (and will continue to) enjoy this relationship. More
