It was our turn to get hit with the 12-volt battery degredation issue. Initially, service did a charge of the batter and I believe it tested fine. However, a couple weeks later our Ioniq 5 was not sta degredation issue. Initially, service did a charge of the batter and I believe it tested fine. I called Noe about it and there was no hesitation to get the car in there quickly and replace the battery (under warranty) without question or hesitation. More

Friendly staff and wiling to work with you.
