It was our turn to get hit with the 12-volt battery degredation issue. Initially, service did a charge of the batter and I believe it tested fine. Pedder Hyundai is a modern well-designed dealership offering water and coffee in their waiting room. With comfortable seating for relaxing while waiting for service. We drive out of the way, passing two closer dealerships because they don't offer the type of courtesy and service Pedder Hyundai offers. One of those dealerships, owns many car brand dealerships and they seem to focus only on the money they take in and not customers who provide that money through purchase and service.
