I sat down and we talked financing and and specific features I would like in a car, then it was test driving time. As we drove around, we discussed all of the features in the car. When we returned to the dealership and I knew what car I wanted, we sat down and talked finances again. I got my keys to my brand new car and then signed papers and the car was mine! It was the ultimate first car buying experience, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. More

Once they learned that I was buying the car for my daughter they asked both of us what we wanted in the car. They made sure that we got what I asked for and they showed her the car in the color options. In the end she walked away with the car in the color she wanted and I got the options on the car that I wanted for her. More

Beware 1. I was contacted by this dealership through TrueCar because I searched for the car through it. After some email exchanges, I got the final before-TT 1. I was contacted by this dealership through TrueCar because I searched for the car through it. After some email exchanges, I got the final before-TTL price before visiting them. Hence, only TTL should have been added in the total cost when I was there to sign. However, they brought me a pre-invoice where a $999 theft recovery option named 'Lo Jack' had been added. I had no idea on what it was then and was misled to think it was an optional Hyundai OEM theft protection feature which could not be removed because they didn't give me sufficient information to figure out what it was. I realized later, when I was back home, it had been installed to recover their inventory from being stolen but would be useless to me. They gave me some discount on that. However, it is still a rip-off because it turned out totally useless if comprehensive coverage is included in the insurance like my case. In addition, In addition, it turned out, according to the document, that the Lo Jack was not "purchased" but "taken over" by me and the warranty period already started 4 months ago when they had initially installed it. 2. I clearly stated several times to the sales person that I would pay in full and didn't need financing. I emphasized it when he asked me to provide my SSN also. He said it was essential regardless of financing needs. When I was brought to the financing staff, he just told me to sign here and there on several documents. Since I had already talked about the payment method to the sales person, I checked only some basic information such as my name, address, and phone number in trust that the contract was made in the way we had talked. I paid in full and got a receipt on that. When I returned home and reviewed the contract, I was surprised. The contract was made as if I had gotten a loan. They made a fake contract! According to the contract, I put $3000 as down payment and owe the rest of the amount. However, in fact, the final price we had agreed verbally was what was described as the loan amount. And I paid it in full actually. I checked the receipt and found that there was no description indicating what the receipt was for. It doesn't say whether the payment was for car purchase or something else. It doesn't say whether I have paid in full or not. I may not be able to use that fake document for my tax return purpose. In addition, that contract may affect my credit score negatively. 3. I contacted the sales person regarding the above two issues. Since I decided not to talk with them verbally because their document had not been consistent with what had been discussed, I tried to contact him by email. I used the email address that was on his business card. I didn't get a delivery failure message and that means the message had been delivered. However, when I contacted him again by text as I hadn't been responded by email, he said he didn't have a business email account and didn't know the one on his business card. He kept refusing to provide his business email address to me and finally I managed to get his manager(the general manager I think)'s email address instead. That was very unprofessional. I exchanged several email messages with the manager but most of his responses were like "You signed." More
