Missing items. I didn't know our new car didn't come with car mats, it would have been nice that way I wouldn't have had to go make another purchase. Those are things that would have made my recent purchase a more pleasant one. Staff took longer than expected and then they forgot another key in my new purchase so I had to go drive back and drop it off. More

I'll start off with the car salesman that helped me. He was very professional but didn't seem to have knowledge about the car I leased. I was happy with the amount I received for my trade and also the monthly payment I have on my new 2016 Veloster R-Spec. I own another Hyundai car that I purchased in 2014 great experience from when I walked in to months after with follow up questions. I purchased that car in Houston, TX. That's what made me purchase another Hyundai because of the treatment my wife and I received but after the experience I had with this dealership changed my mind. Will never buy or recommend Hyundai! Sad to say because my family is a big Hyundai family purchasing many cars from this company. Total of 6 vehicles purchased, family and friends ask how it went with buying the car told them it was horrible and will never buy another Hyundai again. Family also is never going to buy another Hyundai. Customer service and the embarrassment I went through. When I purchased the 2016 Veloster R-Spec my car salesman told me to bring it back another day to get a full detail done to the car because the place was closed already. Told him no problem but I only have one day off throughout the week. I brought the vehicle approximately 10 days later on my day off to receive my full detail. I live about 50 miles away from the dealership. When I showed up to the dealership the manager came up to me to say hi and if I needed anything. Told her I was here for the detail I was promise for purchasing the vehicle. Told me now problem to take a seat in the waiting area. After waiting maybe an hour I saw my car pull up went outside to look at it. The car was dripping wet like the sprayed it down with the water hose, rims and tires were not even touched, windows and car where dirty. The only thing they did inside was vacuum the floor mats but put all my trash underneath the floor mats so I wouldn't see it. I called over the salesman I saw and asked him is the car finished? Walked inside to ask the manager, yes sir your car is all done have a great day. Told him sorry sir but have you seen the car you all didn't do anything to it. The detail person came to talk to me asking me what was wrong with the car. Pointed out everything!! All the trash that was put under the floor mats really mad me mad. Told him to clean it again, I drove 50 miles on my only day off to get a full detail on a new vehicle I leased. If I wanted what you all did I would have gone to a gas station paid $6.00 to wash. The guy took it back and was explaining to the other guy everything that was wrong. I called the gentleman over and asked him what do you see wrong with this car and the detail it received??? Told me the car is fine and needed nothing, I asked him you’re the expert on details not me and I see the car looks like crap. They cleaned the windows and the rims told me here you go sir cars ready after waiting 30 minutes more. Car was not vacuum or wash. The detail person told me here than you wash it. I vacuumed my own car and cleaned it. The detailed person said he if you wanted it cleaned right do it yourself. I looked at him and told him ok thank you. Manager came out and saw me cleaning my car, told me to stop I couldn't be doing that. That she was embarrassed to have a customer washing his car while her employees watched. I told her you’re embarrassed how you think I feel I purchased the car!!! I requested for the general manager email to email him about this experience and what kind of employees he has working for him. I’m going to send this email to him as well. Sad to say but you all lost a valuable customer. More
