Took vehicle in for routine maintenance. They broke our windshield and tried to hide it. Luckily, we saw it before we left. Upon return for the replacement, they advised us the windshield They broke our windshield and tried to hide it. Luckily, we saw it before we left. Upon return for the replacement, they advised us the windshield would be installed later than the time we arrived. They told us there was no courtesy vehicle available. After a heated discussion a vehicle was provided, so again another lie. Very shady people at this location. More

They broke the record! In my first 76 years, I, as you can imagine, I've had scores of oil changes on my many cars. This one was exceptional.
