I scheduled an appointment in advance to get an appraisal of my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. I showed up on time, and it’s a long story, but I spent an hour in what felt like a half shady and half incompetent of my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. I showed up on time, and it’s a long story, but I spent an hour in what felt like a half shady and half incompetent dealership. I hoped things would improve, but they just kept getting worse. I was not even spoken to by an actual appraiser. I received a text with a price range they would give me, then a quote on paper with a number below that range. This was just a printout from KBB.com. I had asked from the beginning to also find out why my car’s service light was on. I guess that got forgotten about or ignored, and the salesman who was handling the appraisal let out an exasperated sigh, and pushed back hard enough on going back to find out that I gave up. That is when I decided this dealership is too substandard to earn my business further. More
