I didn't have an appointment but, even though they were busy, they triaged the problem with my RAM 1500 truck and decided that it was an easy enough fix and squeezed me in. Long story short, I dropped the car off at lunch without an appointment and received word by 3:30 that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Overall, a very positive experience. More
