On my last purchase, a 2010 Camry XLE, I requested a specific color and options. Rich located one with a few days and Pearson received it within a few weeks. Rich continuously kept me informed of the delivery date. Once delivered Rich went over all of the controls before I drove off the lot to ensure I was able to safety operate the vehicle and options. I would be very proud to recommend Rich Bennett as the salesperson to deal with at Pearson Toyota. More

We have had SUPER customer service from Pearson's service department. In the 5 years we've been in this area we have taken our Sienna and 1993 Camry to Pearson's for both maintenance and occasional warranty department. Dave Wallace and his service team deliver the full customer package: from the professional courtesy and personal treatment as a valued customer to the quality repair work. They have backed any work they do 100%, and have never pushed repairs we did not need or ask for. Over the years we've also asked lots of questions of the service reps, parts reps, and service technicians and they have all consistently been very patient and helpful whether it was a drive by stop or phone call. So, in our experience, everything you need to be confident that your Toyota will provide you and your family the safety and reliability you depend on is available through the professional team at Pearson Toyota. We have also been looking for an additional new or used Toyota over the last couple years, and have made several walk-throughs of the lot. Very nice sales approach. We have never been 'pounced' upon or pressured. More

I recently purchased my ninth Toyota from Pearson Toyota (a RAV4), a truly enjoyable experience that I've assessed at an overall 5 based on the following: (1) the salesman's deep knowledge of the Pearson in (a RAV4), a truly enjoyable experience that I've assessed at an overall 5 based on the following: (1) the salesman's deep knowledge of the Pearson inventory (John Spain) that quickly steered me to the right vehicle to support my driving needs: mostly highway driving under all weather conditions, typically in high density areas; (2) the special 3.9% financing offered, which was pre-arranged over the phone and quickly offered when my wife and I entered the dealership; (3) the expeditious way the business manager explained the after-purchase options such as paint protection, while at the same time completing all the required state-controlled paperwork for the sale;(4)the cordial setting of the dealership itself, complete with TV, internet connections, coffee, soft drinks and snacks; (5) my own comfort level with the quality of the service department, having had a working relationship with most of the technical advisors that dates back to the mid-1980s when the dealership was known as Denbeigh Toyota; and lastly (6), the personal follow-up after the sale to ensure that I was totally satisfied with everything I had experinced at the dealership. All in all, I consider Pearsonyota is a class act that I frequently recommend to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
The new car buying experience was almost to easy as we entered knowing exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay.
