We purchased the Pontiac G6 GT that is now relisted and had issues with it from day one. We purchased it on a Friday and on Saturday I called our salesperson to tell him there was a hard pull in the steeri had issues with it from day one. We purchased it on a Friday and on Saturday I called our salesperson to tell him there was a hard pull in the steering wheel. HE advised me to bring it in on Monday, so I did. The technicians said there was nothing wrong with the car but I asked them to testdrive it. They did and after decided to replace the Rack. Well they didn't update the computer after replacement (because they didn't have the right tools) and called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. I picked it up that late afternoon and was driving home with my 2 yr old son in the car and lost control of the car. The steering wheel ripped out of my hands and went left of center on jefferson into oncoming traffic. I managed to slowly get the car home and called the dealership to come get it. They towed it back into the service area and the following day (tuesday) had it sent to the GM dealership. Today I went to return my rental car and to talk to my salesperson at Toyota. I have been so sick over this and honestly was too scared to drive that car again. I told them I would like to just return the car. I don't want a vehicle that I cannot feel safe with. After the final decision with management they took the car back because they admitted their fault. I was told they were going to just send this car to Auction but as soon as I returned home found it back on this website for sale. I understand we all need money in these hard times but is this the way to go about it? My son and I could have been seriously injured if not killed by the services negligence. I will never buy from this dealership nor will I ever refer a friend. I am sure that other people have had great service and have bought good cars but my experience could have gotten my son and I killed. I liked our salesperson, he was great to deal with but their service department is horrible. I am hopeful they fixed the problem with the G6 since they are now trying to resell it but buyer beware. I am only speaking from my personal experience and am not in anyway trying to slander their name. I only want to share my recent experience. More
Brenda was great! She worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted with the options we needed without wasting our time. She also went out of her way to make sure we understood the process from beginning to we wanted with the options we needed without wasting our time. She also went out of her way to make sure we understood the process from beginning to end so there would be no misunderstanding and hooked us up with the right people to talk to so our car buying experience would be simple and straightforward. Went to 3 car dealers to look at the same vehicle, and this is the only dealership which I thought was up front, honest, professional, and cared enough for the customer to work hard at getting what I needed as the customer. Definitely would recommend anyone who asked me to go see Brenda Robertson. More

Have not had my car serviced there yet but they have a nice waiting room with a kids area and internet wifi with desks so you can telework while you wait. I would highly recommend working with Brenda for anyone looking to purchase a car. This will be my first stop on my next purchase. More

I had been searching for a Prius for weeks and visited other dealerships with bad experiences. I had it narrowed down to 2 dealerships but after visiting Pearson with their clean and friendly environment and Brenda's laidback no pressure attitude I was sold on Pearson right away. I never did make it to the other dealership. I got a great deal, met with the service dept. and had a great experience. I encourage anyone looking for a Toyota to see Brenda Robertson before buying from anyone else. You won't be disappointed. More

ALL staff members at Pearson are true professionals and are people who care about their customers. My first association with Pearson came when Bob Evans, Service Manager, "adopted" me and my 2005 Prius! are people who care about their customers. My first association with Pearson came when Bob Evans, Service Manager, "adopted" me and my 2005 Prius! Bob was a wonderful person to deal with, and he put me on "Al's Team" for service. Since that time, I purchased my second Prius and continued service with Al - ALWAYS pleased and appreciative of the way he cared about me and my car. Now I have purchased my third Pris - this time from Pearson. What a pleasant experience! Beginning with Rich Bennett, my Sales Person, "Todd" and one other gentleman - whose name I wish I knew - and ending with "Berk" in Finance... this experience was, by far, the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate all of them. Buying a car is a big decision and investment, and these gentlemen understand how important it is to get things right! I am now looking forward to continued, first-class service with Al. Thank you, all, for a great experience and more to come! More
