I sent 5 emails to different dealers in a 75 radius. Brenda was the first to respond. Her emails contained excellent information about both the car I was interested in and Pearson. I received a detailed message at 8 AM, contacted her by 9 and was sitting in the car before 11...about the time other dealers were getting back to me. Brenda made me feel as though I was getting royal VIP treatment, even though my purchase was very modest. The manager of the showroom came by to meet me. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. At no time was I high pressured or manipulated as I had been at another dealership in this area. Brenda presented the fine points on the quality of the product I was driving and sincerely worked to see that I had the car that was just right for me. When my financing through a credit union turned into hours, she was patient and even fed me lunch as we waited. I felt that she valued me as a client. She also explained how she would book my service calls so this wasn't just a sale but a service provided. I was so pleased! I am thrilled with my Rav4 and everything Brenda and the staff did to see that I drove away with it that day. The detail department worked quickly so that I would not have to make 2 trips from Williamsburg. The car was pristine when they brought it to me. What a great staff! I will recommend Brenda and the dealership to all my friends! More

This was my first visit to Pearson. I went to see a slightly used truck that I found on their website. At first was not impressed by sales force, but then was handed off to Barbara Robinson. She was great to work with - not the "normal" salesperson. She seemed very upfront and willing to entertain our offer. After we purchased it and were waiting for it to be cleaned up, she showed us around the dealership and introduced us to a service manager. The dealership facility is very nice, and I almost look forward to going there for service. We walked out of there feeling like we got a good deal. It was a good experience as far as car buying goes. I don't like pushy sales people. I didn't encounter any at Pearson Toyota. Brenda was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. As soon as I walked in the door, Buzz Davidson recognized me from 7 years ago when he sold me my 2005 Corolla. That was impressive! He had treated me well then and I knew the same would be true now. When I came back to purchase the following Monday, Buzz was out sick and Guy Meyer handled the rest of my transaction and the delivery of my new Venza. Marty Teasdale and Butch Capps also took what seemed to me to be a special and personal interest in the entire process. Buying a new car on my own made me nervous, even tho I had done it once before. Being greeted and then taken care of as I was by everyone at Pearson made it a peaceful and pleasant experience. I will - and have - recommended the dealership and the specific sales and management to others. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car. More
I ordered late May 2011 from overseas for a pick-up on July 15, 2011. Everything was done on-line, I had a 2 PM appointment with Brenda (her day off). Picked up my first toyota today. I shopped at 3 other toyota dealers from va beach and chesapeak, but was not impressed. After speaking with Brenda over the phone I came in and within 10 minutes I was sold. Everyone was friendly from the general manager, finance manager to the receptionist I felt welcome. By far the best auto dealer I have visited in the hampton roads area, with the best price around. They were not pushy or very aggressive they went over every question I had and took the time to show me everything from service dept to setting up my bluetooth on my new truck. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Pearson Toyota, Brenda was very professional, knowledgable and really cares about her customer. Pearson Toyota and Brenda has earned my business for life and I'm telling everyone I know. More

Above all, we were extremely pleased with our experience dealing with Brenda Robertson, Pearson's Internet Sales Manager as she was friendly, knowledgeable in all matters related to the Toyota Venza we were seeking, and in the course of our many email exchanges and in-person discussions, we developed a level of respect and trust in Brenda that will most assuredly bring us back to her and this dealership for future auto purchases.
