Immediately we had Horrible experience start to finish. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We bought a new Scion Xb from them about 6 months ago. Immediately we had issues with the Bluetooth, gas mileage and lots of other stuff. We tried to call our salesman (Buzz) probably 7 times...and he never called us back. The excuse we were given was that he was old and didn't know how to check his voicemail. Still never called us back. Multiple times I had to go back up there because of paperwork that they forgot to have me sign while I was there. A few months after we bought a Camry Hybrid from Priority Toyota...Honestly why wouldn't you buy from Priority. Priorities for life. Oil changes. State inspections. Engine guaranteed for life. Transmission guaranteed for life. Great experience with them. Sooo....now for the past 2 months I have been trying to get the few hundred dollar reimbursement check for our GAP insurance from Pearson. Still nothing. Start to finish Pearson was a nightmare...and it's still not over. More

CRC Recall Don't have it done at Pearson! I took my Tacoma in for the rusted frame recall. The undercoating they sprayed on the frame was all over my muffler, gas tank, shocks, the body and un I took my Tacoma in for the rusted frame recall. The undercoating they sprayed on the frame was all over my muffler, gas tank, shocks, the body and under the hood. I took it back to be cleaned off. But when I picked it up it still had overspray all over the body, under the hood, and on the rocker panels. Somebody should have looked it over before I got my truck back. They did a xxxx poor job. I would not give them another chance to get it right. If they could not get it right after 2 times what was the point to them trying again. I ended up cleaning it off myself. Service Dept. was not interested in quality just making a buck as quickly as possible, especially on a recall job. I would not take anything back there again. More

But after my last appointment, I had something stolen from my car when it was dropped off for service. I didn't notice till I got home and upon calling them to inform of the theft, I was told that the security tapes would be reviewed. Not getting a call back for days, I called again but was told the server had crashed and they would get back to me. Days later I tried again only to be told the service manager is unable at the time. I know I have no real recourse so this is just a warning to others not to leave anything unattended in your vehicle. *Update* Dave Wallace contacted me and apologized for the incident at the dealership. While they were unable to find my missing item, they did compensate me, which I thought was fair. More
