I was in from 7:30 till almost 1 pm...BUT...at least they fixed everything I asked them to fix in one appoint Thorough Work!...but it takes some time. Also, the lounge is a great place to wait if you have to stay at the dealership! The four-star rating is a result of them forgetting to wash the car after the maintenance was completed; which I had specifically requested. (I even had a Toyota Dealership coupon for the car wash, which I gave the Service Department when I checked the car in) More
