Initial issues resolved favorably I would like to update the following review based on my bringing this concern directly to the attention of Pearson's Service Manager. I was very pleas I would like to update the following review based on my bringing this concern directly to the attention of Pearson's Service Manager. I was very pleasantly surprised at the attention and focus the SM gave me when I called to discuss my concern. He did not come across as merely trying to placate me; but rather, appeared to genuinely want to improve performance at his dealership. At the conclusion of our conversation, there were no promises made except to look at the history and the current issues with my truck. In the end, I believe that a happy medium was reached. I did not receive my servicing for free, nor should I have, but I was listened to and some consolations were provided. But mostly, I was listened to and reassured that my patronage matters and they want to get it right. I am grateful for that and will happily return. Thanks. Had brakes and calipers replaced on both front and back of my Tundra while the truck was in for an AC compressor replacement. This work was at my urging based on requested comprehensive look at my vehicle. The front driver's side CV boot was also replaced. Had to return the truck when before I reached home from having picked vehicle up, a horrible screeching was heard each time I turned the steering wheel to the left. This was reworked and no additional charges were encountered. But, here we are 3 months and approximately 400 miles later and my vehicle wont pass inspection. Sway bar found disconnected and left rear emergency brake caliper seized up and Pearson won't accept any responsibility. Complete fail in my book. Do not recommend them if you want guaranteed work to last and safety ensured. Last experience despite the need to return vehicle was pleasant enough, but this time, the service advisor was initially difficult to deal seeming to not be able to address the root causes of my concerns. squeaky brakes I came to this dealership (as I always do) to fix squeaky brakes and get my 60,000 mile maintenance. Paid almost $700. Went back again. Was told that I needed another part that came with new brake pads, which I was told I did NOT need at the first visit (brake pads were ok). I don't understand why I had to go back again to be told I needed another visit (third one) and to pay another $120 to fix what I went in for the first time! And also why I didn't have the part installed previously, if as I was told, my model (2005 Corolla) needed it to keep the brakes from squeaking. (They never squeaked before.) This is the first time I have had a problem with this dealership. More
Amazing experience. I was shopping for cars and I had gone to multiple dealerships and I happened to just go by Pearson Toyota just to see if they had any used Scion Tc's I was shopping for cars and I had gone to multiple dealerships and I happened to just go by Pearson Toyota just to see if they had any used Scion Tc's in my price range and I was instantly greeted by Megan who was very friendly from the start. Unfortunately the first day I stopped by they did not have what I was looking for and she had shown me a couple of different options of other cars I might be interested in, and even gave me some ideas on how to go brand new for a TC, and she didn't try and pressure sell me into it, but I knew I couldn't wait that long with the current state of my car, and I knew I was strictly looking for a Scion TC. She offered to take down my name and number to call me if they received any in, and I declined and informed her that I doubt that she was going to get any in by time I bought a car. The next day I had gone to another dealership to look at a car I previously looked at and I decided to give one of the other cars Megan had shown me at Pearson. I arrived at the dealership and I looked around and they had just gotten in a pre owned 2013 Scion tC, I was looking at it and was greeted by Celest who informed me Megan was not working that day and she proceeded to help me out. The car was a litte out of my price range but they worked with me and got my monthly payment down to an amount I was comfortable with. The service at this deal ship was great, the overall experience was amazing, and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used or new car. More

My Sales Agent (James D) was professional and ensured that I was satisfied with the purchase. James even went a step further and secured a sginificantly lower APR than I had received from USAA. No Appointment but quick service I was on my way Wed morning when my 2014 Highlander wouldn't start so I took my husband's car so I could keep my appointment. When I got home my husband jumped it for me and we drove right to the service department to have it checked out. We had plans so we left it which we didn't mind but it was ready in a few hours. Found out it was the battery which had a faulty cell. Luckily it was still under warranty so we got a new 84 month battery free of charge. More
Recall Service Visit I had to make an appointment for a recall for my Toyota Sienna and I was able to get my visit set for the next day and at a time that fit my schedule. I was very pleased that when I came in I was greeted promptly and explained what would be done to my van and given an approximate wait time. I went to the parts department as I needed a back windshield wiper and Tony was able to order one for me. My wait time was exactly what was told and when checking out with the cashier, Tony came to me with a wiper and said he had found one for my vehicle! So no waiting for that to come in! Thank you for making my service visit a very timely and pleasant one! Keep up the excellent customer service, Pearson Toyota! More
