They don't try to sell me services I don't need and prices are comparable with the rest of the area. Overall they do a wonderful job. More

Made My Car Worse!! Be Carefull, They Mistreat Your Car Our Camry has less than 90K on it yet the dash has deteriorated and had to be replaced and the engine had to have an oil consumption test conducted. Our Camry has less than 90K on it yet the dash has deteriorated and had to be replaced and the engine had to have an oil consumption test conducted. The headliner actually fell off at less than 25K and Pearson's refused to repair it. When we got our car back from having the dash replaced, the CD player did not work and the middle temperature control knob light was broken. We had to return for another all morning appointment for repairs. They fixed the CD player but broke all three temperature control knob lights. The only recourse they offered us was for us to make another appointment to bring the car back in to see if they could fix it. They actually could not guarantee they could fix the three knob lights nor would they guarantee they would not further damage our car. More
